Qualified personnel should have experience with hardware maintenance and repair in the Technical Service Industry. Must have the required tools and be willing to cover an area with a radius of 50 miles. Specific jobs will entail replacing/installing hardware such as servers, pc’s, laser printers, routers, access points, and POS equipment. Many calls will include TELCO and Network Cabling experience. Candidates with experience in the VOIP and POS industries are ideal.

Must have:
- Cell phone
- Network troubleshooting experience
- Internet access
- Reliable vehicle
- Proper attire
- General PC Tool Kit
- Laptop w/wireless capabilities
- USB keyboard
- Flash Drive
-Strong customer service skills
-Some Server Skills PREFERRED (exchange, Ad, account management/creation, Group Policy)
-Some Mac Skills MAC
-Strong capability to resolve all kinds of Windows Client OS issues
-Knowledge on how to research answers to difficult technical issues.
-Strong knowledge of the Windows OS / XP/VISTA
-Some knowledge of Windows Server OS (basic exchange/active directory etc)
-A+, Network+, MCP certified or equivalent

Compensation: $20 per hour/call
